Tree value and risks
Large trees, while often very beautiful when maturing, are potential hazards as they age. The risk of serious injury, death or property damage exists and so trees must be properly assessed, removed or maintained.
Everyone with a large tree has a duty of care and needs to act to reduce their liability.
